Jeake's House in Rye takes on Great Yarmouth's Baron's Court and Lunan Lodge in Scotland, where the unique selling point is the ghost. Ex-opera singer Jenny Hadfield and partner Richard Martin run Jeake's House in Rye in East Sussex. Jenny prides herself on the literary themed B&B, which means the explicit image in one of the bedroom is erotica, and most definitely not porn. Next stop is Great Yarmouth where Samantha finds a cob web in her room! Last up are Sam and Jules in Scotland. But while Lunan Lodge may or may not be haunted, the B&B rivals are far more frightened of sharing the one and only guest bathroom.
