They're looking for a large place where they can entertain out of town guests and eventually start a family. But Cory's picky personality is not making this house hunt easy. He's set on finding a home that has a basement (a rare find in Richmond) elongated, comfort-height toilets, and a massive deck for entertaining all for under $350,000.
