Tomáš is on the verge of life and death. His extreme obesity has trapped him in an apartment from which he hardly leaves. He spends his days on the couch surrounded by food. Tomáš's obesity is destroying not only his life, but his entire family's. His health condition is serious, and he is the one who is starting to realize that he can no longer turn a blind eye to it. Tomáš wants to change himself, he is determined to undergo a year of hard work and strong will, because he knows that this is his last chance to save his life.
