Enrico, who has just returned from a vacation, suffers a search at customs, even undergoing a body check. He reaches Maurizio, his friend and head chef of his catering company, after a long time. From him he learns that his mother Olga has sold everything to elope with the apartment building manager. To get back on track, Enrico agrees to organize a dinner party for certain Italian-Americans.
