Burger is a staple in American fast food culture. With locations around the world, Burger King will be forever cemented into Burger culture for better or worse. Growing up I always preferred Burger King over its competitors because quite simply... they were BIGGER than the rest. That was a long time ago when quantity matter more than quality, but after a 16 year long career in the professional culinary arts, what do I think of it today?
