Raven travels to the US to continue the search for nocturnal animals. In San Francisco, Raven discovers that the city of flower power has been transformed into the mecca of the tech industry, where you can become a millionaire at a young age, but also run the risk of becoming homeless. The city is struggling with the devastating impact of the drug fentanyl, which is causing serious damage, especially among the homeless. Raven meets a pastor who hands out socks and attends a Kambo session, where frog poison induces an altered state of consciousness. And then there is the encounter with a vampire, which leaves little room for imagination.
