"Would you three lowlifes like to take a run together?" Sansita is busy cleaning up ahead of Spindo's arrival on Earth. She is waving her broom with enthusiasm, thinking it's the biggest job she's ever done. Then suddenly, a gate opens up in the air from the highway space. Out of the gate comes a crested Yalkar, named Weiwei Yalkar. Weiwei calls himself an elite of the Yalkar tribe, and says he's come to scout Yaiyai Yalkar, who is active on Earth, for the Elite Highway. Yaiyai is attracted to the opportunity that has fallen upon him. What will Decotrade and Itasha, who are watching Yaiyai Yalkar, decide to do... Meanwhile, Daiya and the others are fighting the Beast of Torment. Sensing something, Daiya looks up to the sky and sees a mysterious object wrapped in black flames approaching. It lands with an explosion and when the smoke clears, it is Grantz Lisk, the number two of Hashiriyan, standing there.
