There Still Hasn't Been a Vote on the BCRA (2017x58)

Last week we talked about the Senate's bill to repeal and replace Obamacare, and whether Mitch McConnell would be able to get it passed and on to President Trump's desk. So far, no dice. Several senators have defected from the effort, and serious health problems for John McCain means the bill hasn't gotten a vote yet. And it might not have one anytime soon. AND there still isn't a CBO score. Because of the complexities added by the Cruz amendment. We've got all the details here.
