When Chairman Jung calls for Eun Jae, Ae Ri worries that he might be thinking of giving his inheritance to the baby Eun Jae is carrying. So she tells Kyo Bin to follow Eun Jae. However, Chairman Jung tells Eun Jae to sign a document to give up the baby so he can raise them. When Eun Jae returns home, she suddenly feels sick, and Kyo Bin takes her to the hospital. Meanwhile, Gun Woo visits So Hee to convince her to return, but she's adamant.
