With attack dogs at the ready, the SWAT team storms the home of a Samurai-sword-wielding suspect. The police are outnumbered as they step in to defuse a mass brawl in broad daylight. A tailgating biker turns out to be a part-time policeman. And, inspectors suspect spontaneous combustion is the cause of an out-of-control barn inferno.
