When Su-ji is about to visit her family, Hyun-sung comes to her clinic to talk to her. Su-ji barges into her parents' house and asks Yoon-ja why she lied to her birth mother, Sun-young, 25 years ago. Meanwhile, Jang-soo witnesses Su-ji and U-ri together and realises U-ri is Sun-young's son.
