Míša Kratochvílová is an experienced nurse, now on maternity leave. When her good friend Mery Černá entices her to return to the urgency, Míša prefers her family. However, the circumstances will take an unexpected turn. Katka is starting work today, but on the very first day it seems that it will be beyond her strength. In addition, he meets his childhood acquaintance, Maty Bojan. Their families are united by an unresolved past. Lukáš Hartman lives with his grandmother, a retired policewoman, and solves the lack of money. It seems that Lukáš will have to give up his medical studies and start working because of his time for money. However, Major Hartman will do everything in her power to complete her grandson's studies.
