In 2018, the region around Egmond aan den Hoef was under the spell of the so-called 'serialstabber'; a ruthless perpetrator who stabbed running and cycling women completely randomly from his car. In 2019 he strikes again in Barsingerhorn, a village near Schagen. Police and Justice are on edge and, after a blood-curdling investigation and technical investigation, manage to track down the culprit.
