Will the CNC lathe add-on TURN STEEL? (2018x34)

My router add-on toy CNC lathe axis thingy... let's try cutting steel! Note: no idea why some of the machining audio got out of sync. Couldn't fix it. Okay fine, I didn't feel like fixing it.
