In this vinyasa Breathe and Flow yoga for men class you will work on core, upper body strength and hamstring openers. All you need is a mat and if you have two blocks and then you're good to go to follow-along. You will be connecting breath to movement as you flow through this sequence and hopefully connect to that state within which is pure peace, stillness and focus.
