How to make Star Trek® Comm Badges (2015x13)

Star Trek Comm Badges are one of the most awesome things about Star Trek: The Next Generation and the later series. In this episode we're going to use the X-Carve to cut out some Communicator badges from Star Trek. They didn't turn out perfect, but they're still fun.
