Ghazni's son Ismail is captured by Prithvi and Anand Pal. Ghazni gets frustrated when none of his men are able to find Ismail so Mahmud asks him to give him a day and promises to find Ismail for him. The war between Malwa and Manyakheta starts and Kalari gets shot with an arrow to the chest. Mrinal attacks Ghazni but is captured by Mahmud.
