Molang and Piu Piu's sidecar gets a flat tire in the middle of a barren wasteland, empty but for an aquarium with no visitors. They decide to generate some publicity for the aquarium to attract tourists. One of their numerous publicity campaigns creates a lot of buzz for the aquarium!
