Koshi Muchumba and her partner Harm are involved in a drug heist in the Port of Rotterdam. When their employers are ambushed, they manage to escape with a hundred kilos of cocaine. Dries has kept his promise and is attending therapy, working hard on himself. During lunch, Hein is approached by a city council member who expresses deep concerns about the influence of a criminal organization in local politics and city governance.
