Paulo calls, but Capitu is not at home. Helena visits Miguel at the bookstore. Orlando, a client of Capitu, knocks on the door of the building and calls for Carla. Bira is unable to stop him from entering. Capitu and Camila are scared. Capitu feels anger and shame.
