Superhero suits to make the recruits complete an obstacle course in order to unlock clues and retrieve a mystery dish to recreate. For the main dish challenge, the recruits tackle an "im-pasta-ble" mission of making fresh pasta and sauce from scratch. Unfortunately, some recruits' superpowers shine brighter than others, and the bottom two recruits must compete in the blind elimination challenge.
