Decent PC + Super low graphics = 100+ FPS? (2017x51)

Here is a weird experiment. What kind of performance do you get on a decent PC when using some of the most extreme tweaks I have used in the channel for super low graphics. Can we achieve 100+ fps? 1000+ fps? Time to find out.
