First, the mayor must be forced to pay the invoice for extinguishing the field. Will he succeed? And is it possible that a pigeon caused the fire? Meanwhile, Peter's son is charmed by the mayor's daughter, whom he has met after many years. The new weekend cottager, the impractical Judge Jára, tries to inflate and fill the swimming pool under the supervision of his strict wife, Betka.
