But how did this come about? In this video I look at how Islam came to the Philippines, how the Moro people of the South resisted the Spanish, Americans, and then the Filipinos, the formation of groups like the MNLF, MILF, and Abu Sayyaf, and how ISIS became involved in South East Asia.
