Berhayat Hospital is in financial trouble, and Ferman, the new chief of surgery, has to lay off three of his assistants. Tanju believes that Ali is the strongest candidate and, under his pressure, Ferman gives Ali his case. Taking full responsibility for a case for the first time, Ali is very happy, and even Ezo can't get upset that he has a lot of work to do.
