39-year-old Sam is driving his wife and kids home after the office Christmas party. Trouble is, he's overindulged and police find him double-parked illegally outside a bottle shop. To cap it off, standing in the back seat is an unrestrained toddler. Police suspect Sam is heavily affected by alcohol and a breath test confirms their suspicions.
