It is an ordinary day at Berhayat Hospital; Ali is determined to take his relationship with Nazli to the next level, but he can't quite figure out how to do it. Beliz fights with Kıvılcım, who is now fully pregnant, and Tanju gets angry because her new surgical assistant, Doruk, who replaces Damla, is late for her first day of work… And suddenly an invisible accident plunges the whole hospital into chaos. First the emergency room, then the whole hospital begins to overflow with the injured. Although no one notices yet, an important person from the hospital population is among the wounded. Police and firefighters try to get the situation under control. Hospital resources are used to the last drop. And in the middle of all this chaos, at the most critical moment, Ali remembers the promise he made when he first started as a doctor. Ali keeps his word.
