A university research team has received a grant to conduct an anthropological dig and study of an area believed to be the site of one of the earliest forms of man in North America. Earlier in the day, the ARCHAEOLOGIST discovered a number of artifacts that have led him to believe this is a dig site of some sort. There is also evidence that something has been hunting at the site more recently.
