Alice and Marquand ran away with the children. Although they have not officially been granted custody of Ada, they plan to leave the territory together. At the same time, Sabine Bosc, the social worker in charge of the child's adoption, is kidnapped. Alice and Marquand, the main suspects, were arrested. Shortly after, Sabine Bosc is found murdered. Quickly cleared, the duo takes charge of the investigation.
