The first episode of Temptation Island VIP's first edition is full of emotions and twists. Valeria Marini seems to have seriously undermined her relationship with Patrick because of her flirt with the single Ivan. It's not better for the other couples: Nicoletta in tears accuses Stefano of treating women badly, Sossio and Ursula fight even before entering the village and Giordano seems to have not overcome the betrayal of Nilufar. In the end the entrepreneur Fabio after the third day wants to leave with his Marcella. The couple surprisingly leave the program, but Marcella is disappointed.
