In the paved alleys of Symi, Despina learns the history of the Symi mopeds and the art of pontoon. Together with Vangelis Driskas, they taste the famous Symbiotic Shrimp, cook turkey pies and learn how to make akumas and salty cakes from three generations of women born and raised in Symi.
