The trouble is, Heulwen wants a characterful property in the countryside while Lee would prefer a modern build by the coast. Kirsty Duffy shows them the best of what their £375,000 budget can get them in the countryside while Kerr Drummond takes them to some impressive properties on the South Devon coast.
