Leanne and Ricky live together in Chipping Norton, where Leanne has lived all her life. Having holidayed together in Ricky's homeland of Scotland many times, they have fallen in love with the place, but while Leanne is keen to finally be close to the sea, Ricky prefers rural landscapes. For their budget of £220,000, coastal fan Kerr Drummond is keen to sway Ricky towards the coast, while countryside expert Sara Damergi plans to win Leanne over to the countryside.
