Stan Vroom’s (Cees Geel) girlfriend, Saskia van Dijk (Imanuelle Grives), goes missing. Stan knows she was being threatened, but he doesn’t know by whom. Could her former boyfriend, real estate tycoon Frits Nekke, be involved? There’s no time to find out in this episode of the popular police series Flikken Rotterdam. A sniper is terrorizing the city and must be located as quickly as possible. It’s unclear whether the shooter harbors a grudge against the city government or is a disturbed individual. Only once the team uncovers the sniper’s method can they set a trap. Prosecutor Hein Berg (Huub Stapel) arranges a meeting with young undercover officer Charlie (Joy Delima).
