After visiting her father at the temple with her uncle for his one-year death anniversary, Seo Yeon confronts her uncle about the slush funds and tells him he should leave Taesan. Later, Seo Yeon and Professor Choi debate over performing surgery on a five-month-old baby with Edwards Syndrome. Meanwhile, Professor Choi agrees to perform heart surgery on the presidential candidate, Han Min Sik, in return for a pediatric cardiology center.
