Mark Chapman presents highlights of the day's three Premier League matches. New Arsenal manager Unai Emery faces a baptism of fire with his first taste of English top-flight football coming against last season's runaway champions Manchester City at the Emirates Stadium. The day's other two opening-round fixtures see Liverpool take on Manuel Pellegrini's new West Ham side and Burnley travel to Southampton.
