Next, the friends descend on Louisville, Kentucky, for a visit to The Silver Dollar, where they can't pass up some succulent hen grilled in a steam bath of beer. Then, Damaris and Rutledge make a stop at Payne's BBQ in Memphis, Tennessee, to fill up on fall-off-the-bone beef ribs and deep-fried sausage.
