Shin-chan drops ice-cream over Misae's new dress. He finds ways to hide the stain, but messes it up even more. For Kazama's farewell, Shin-chan sings a song and makes Kazama emotional. Next day, Kazama's plans to move to New York get cancelled. Misae forgets Shin-chan in the metro while getting off. After a long wait, Misae finds Shin-chan, but forgets her shopping bags in the metro.
