Arnold has the ability to predict the weather with his tail, supposedly making him a direct descendant of Herman, a spokespig who could also do the same. All of Hooterville, including Lisa, tries to get Oliver to take Arnold to Chicago to receive the pig's $20,000,000 inheritance.
