Derek and Julie Kalinski want to buy a holiday home where they can enjoy their retirement together. But they have one slight problem, Julia wants to buy a property closer to home on the north Devon coast, while Derek a keen sailor dreams of owning a French property in Brittany. It's going to be a hard decision but with a budget of £400,000 Jasmine Harman goes all out flying the flag for north Devon while Jonnie Irwin tempts them with some stunning properties in France.
