A gruesome discovery in an abandoned truck leads Stan, Lieve, and Hein to a group of human traffickers. When Stan and Lieve track down the perpetrators, their own lives are put at risk. Meanwhile, Dries and Esther prevent an enraged woman from stabbing her husband, who claims his wife has lost her grip on reality since the death of their child two months prior. Esther confides in Dries about her promise to quit her job if she and Jacco start a family, and her deep doubts about this decision. Hein manages to officially appoint Ben as an informant in the "Windmill" case.
