There is a hostage situation on the KTX. Within the train is NCI agent, Min Young, who is returning from a forum, as well as a murder suspect who is on the run. Newly appointed NCI agent, Hyun Jun, enters the hostage situation in disguise. Meanwhile, the notorious murderer, The Reaper, returns from his seven-year hiatus and begins murdering people again.
