Kat decides to take him to the snowy mountains to cheer him up with some snowboarding, where they & Billy meet snowboarding champ Heather Thompson. Of course, some Cogs come along to endanger Heather and just plain ruin their fun! Meanwhile, Mondo creates Robocupid, and causes humans all over Angel Grove to fall in love with machines!
