Newlyweds Spencer and Meg are targeting condominiums and duplexes with vintage charm in the Lakeview and Lincoln Park areas of Chicago. Spencer wants a home with enough space for his beer-brewing hobby, while Meg is more focused on an in-unit washer and dryer.
