Feriha and Emir, who have a hard time in the hospital, receive another blow when they learn that Ünal caused what happened. The blossoming couple sees once again that the enmity between the two families is beyond their expectations. Feriha is determined to stay at the hospital despite her family's reaction, while Mehmet is determined not to harbor her near him. Emir wants to know what is going on between Reza and Unal and demands an account from his father. The ties between Unal and Emir are now at a breaking point.
