George moves with his family to Kalochori, a quiet, seaside village. From the very first night, George's dreams are haunted by an invisible dark force that leads him to a strange boy, Dodo. Dodo has a rare gift that his relatives, the Dragon Gang, exploit to carry out their criminal plans. The "meeting" of the two boys has unexpected results, as it activates an invisible force that moves menacingly against them and awakens old enmities among the inhabitants of the small village. George accepts the challenge of the "Commandos" in his attempt to join their group and is driven to the Ashram outside the village, where he has an accident. While lying unconscious, he is put into astral projection and witnesses Dodos' agonizing escape from the Dragons.

George, after fainting, comes to in Ashram. There, he meets the guru Baba Bob and Iris, who informs Vasilis of his son's whereabouts. The Dragons search for Dodo, who is hiding in the children's "headquarters" to escape them. Lulu and Sifis apologize to George for abandoning him in Ashram and accept him as a member of the group. Iris approaches Vasilis, describing some strange metaphysical events they experienced in Ashram while George was there, unconscious. The Dragons recapture Dondo, while George, in his dream, meets his mother who urges him to overcome his fears.

The arrival of Draco-Michalis changes the balance in the Dragon Gang which makes Dodo very happy. George convinces his friends to find Dodo and help him. Iris has been unable to find Bubba Bob and resorts to George because she believes the boy can help her find the guru. George enters astral projection, sees the Dragons preparing Dodo for a dangerous mission, and spots Bubba Bob in the cave in the mountain above the village.

George's charisma has now been revealed and is dividing the Comanche team. Lulu sees him as a super weapon, while Sifis is beginning to fear him and wants him kicked off the team. Vasilis becomes furious when he learns that the boys have gone to Ashram again. Soon, he discovers that the rivalry between two families in the village, the Drakakis and the Kazakis, has been going on for centuries and the village has once again been divided in two. Iris gets lost in the mountain cave, searching for Bubba Bob and is confronted by the invisible monster in his "lair".

The Komanda visit Lulu's grandmother, Louloudia, who tells them about the past of Dodo and his mother. Trapped in the labyrinthine openings of the cave, traumatized and alone in the dark, Iris makes a series of discoveries... Drakomichalis cajoles Dodo to help him in his plans, convincing him that Kalogridis is responsible for the death of his father, Drakantonis, which is not true. Following his godfather's instructions, Dodo causes a black out at the amusement park, but the appearance of Inspector Anastasaki with a team of policemen blows the ransom delivery wide open.

The Commandos are looking for a way to prevent the evil they believe is coming. George goes into astral projection, taking a sleeping pill and gets trapped in his "dream" with the invisible monster stalking him. Dodo discovers that his beloved godfather, Draco-Michalis, has lied to him about his father's death. His confusion causes a black out in the village, forcing the villagers to turn their gaze to the haunted church of St. George that evokes dark memories.

Draco-Michalis changes his attitude towards Dodo, separating him from Venice as punishment for blacking out. Bubba Bob tries to reconcile with Papakatzi to end their animosity, but to no avail. George describes to the children his experience in the dream labyrinth and how he came face to face with the invisible monster for the first time without being afraid of it. He also explains to them that Dodos is a prisoner and they must rescue him. Although Sifis initially disagrees, the Komanda eventually organize a rescue mission. Baba Bob reveals to Iris that the village is dyed in blood every 100 years and that history suggests that the same thing will happen again in a few days. They inform Basil, who, although he does not believe in metaphysical explanations, agrees to mediate to maintain order.

With the atmosphere in the village smelling of gunpowder, Vassilis finds himself holed up in the police station and is attacked with guns by Manolis and his relatives. Vassilis learns that the children are back in Ashram and leaves the investigation in the middle, which arouses Anastasakis' suspicions. With Iris' help, the children introduce Dodo to Vassilis and try to convince him to accept everything that is happening, without success. Vassilis rushes to investigate the Dragons' hideout in the cemetery, but Anastasakis is watching him and arrests him. Sifis has an unexpected encounter with Dragon-Michalis that forces him to reveal the whereabouts of Dodo. The invisible monster attacks Ashram, but Iris manages to protect the children. Then, George makes a disturbing discovery: he has the exact same birthmark as Dodo.
