The dog days of camp have arrived, with mental toughness proving to be a critical piece of the puzzle as Coach Reid and staff push the players to their limits in hopes of unlocking their true potential. As the reality of roster cuts loom in the distance, the pressure is mounting in hopes to claim one of the coveted roster spots, with the remaining preseason matchups proving to be more crucial than ever.

The regular season is underway as Patrick Mahomes and the Chiefs face two of the league's best teams at the outset. Kansas City sports icon Jim Chappell reflects on what makes Kansas City a great sports town as red takes over the city. Lamar Jackson and the Baltimore Ravens come to town for Kickoff Thursday as the league's 2024 season begins. After a nail-biting victory against the Ravens, the Chiefs quickly set their sights on Joe Burrow and the Cincinnati Bengals.

Coming off their most recent victory over the Atlanta Falcons, the Chiefs enter Week 4 as one of the last remaining undefeated teams in the league, looking to keep the ball rolling as they touch down in LA for their first AFC West divisional matchup against Justin Herbert and the Los Angeles Chargers this season. Plus, guard Trey Smith reflects on his professional football career, giving an in-depth breakdown on the demands of the job.

The Chiefs look to continue their winning streak against a pair of NFC opponents. On the back of two touchdowns from RB Kareem Hunt, Kansas City surges past the Saints in Week 5. Over the BYE week, lineman, Hunter Nourzad and linebacker, Swayze Bozeman support their significant others in the 13th annual Chiefs Style Lounge. Then, defensive back, Bryan Cook and his wife, Jayla Cook reflect on a transformative past year that’s included the birth of their first child. As Cook discusses balancing being a dad with playing football, Patrick Mahomes and the Chiefs travel west in a rematch of Super Bowl LVIII against the San Francisco 49ers. After a convincing victory, the Chiefs trade for WR Deandre Hopkins.

The Chiefs look to stay undefeated against a tough slate of opponents. With games against the Raiders, Buccaneers and Broncos, Andy Reid’s Chiefs find themselves banged up. Injuries on the roster lead to Kansas City signing NFL legend, Deandre Hopkins. To fuel his body, defensive lineman, Tershawn ‘Turk’ Wharton eats a 12-egg omelette each morning. Turk has added twice weekly Pilates to his body care routine in an effort to stay healthy. Patrick Mahomes and the Chiefs find brand new ways to win, lengthening their winning streak to 15.

Patrick Mahomes and the Chiefs face their toughest test of the season yet as they meet Josh Allen and the Buffalo Bills. Center, Creed Humphrey meets his namesake band, Creed, and even makes an appearance on stage at their concert in Kansas City. Following a tough loss to the Buffalo Bills, Andy Reid and the squad move on to the Carolina Panthers and Las Vegas Raiders. During a season filled with heart wrenching moments, long Snapper, James Winchester finds solace in nature by going bow hunting.

The push for playoff seeding is well under way in Kansas City as the Chiefs secure their 9th straight AFC West Division Title. Clark Hunt and the Chiefs honor legendary defensive lineman, Tamba Hali by inducting him into the Chiefs Hall of Fame. Kansas City knocks off the Chargers in heart-wrenching fashion and quickly look ahead to the Cleveland Browns. Rookie receiver, Xavier Worthy reflects on his NFL journey, plus the Chiefs defense & special teams create a season-high six takeaways against Jameis Winston and the Browns to push the Chiefs’ record to 13-1.

Following an injury scare against Cleveland, Patrick Mahomes perseveres on a short week to play against the Houston Texans. With their sights firmly set on the one seed, which brings home field advantage and a BYE week, the Chiefs take on CJ Stroud and the Texans. Following a resounding victory against Houston, the Chiefs must turn the page quickly to another playoff-worthy foe: the Pittsburgh Steelers. Team chaplain, Marcellus Casey opens the curtain into the team’s faith and brotherhood. Traveling to Pittsburgh on a short week of rest to play a nationally streamed Christmas Day game tests the Chiefs’ mettle, but Kansas City successfully locks up the first seed. Starters are able to rest as the Chiefs fall to the Denver Broncos in Week 18, their attention firmly planted on the Divisional Round of the AFC Playoffs.

The stage is set for the Divisional Round of the AFC Playoffs, as the Chiefs begin their journey toward becoming the first team in NFL history to three peat. Travis Kelce, DeAndre Hopkins, Kareem Hunt and Chris Jones explore the team’s veteran makeup, and how the team has benefitted from leaning on veteran experience this season, a stark contrast from the past 2 years. The Chiefs then once again take on CJ Stroud and the Texans. An emphatic victory against Houston is accompanied by a commanding defensive performance, and the Chiefs advance to their seventh straight AFC Championship game. All eyes turn to the other AFC Divisional match up in which the victor is a friendly foe, Josh Allen and the Buffalo Bills. The Chiefs await the Bills in Kansas City for what is sure to be a thrilling AFC Championship game.

The Chiefs advance to their seventh straight Conference Title game for a shot at their fifth Lamar Hunt trophy. Fans outside Gate 5 at GEHA Field at Arrowhead set up camp while they await the Chiefs' highly anticipated matchup with Josh Allen and the Buffalo Bills. On a perfect night in Kansas City, Patrick Mahomes and the Chiefs defeat the Bills and earn their berth in Super Bowl LIX.

The Franchise: Presented by GEHA is back with Season 5, Episode 12. Capping off the most remarkable three year run in franchise history, the Chiefs travel to New Orleans to take on the Eagles in Super Bowl LIX.
