Key West is again the setting as host Jose Wejebe joins friend/guide Bryan 'Bear' Holeman to scour the waters of the Keys to catch sharks, permit and tarpon. Holeman is a Keys 'import' guide and sets the plan to catch live bait to catch multiple species

Jose takes long time friend Ken Davis fishing in Key West after he returned briefly from Iraq. Ken Davis is civilian contractor working in Iraq who has returned briefly to his home in the keys. Jose shoots to show Ken as much about the key west fishery as possible in the short time available.

Jose Wejebe has been wanting to return to southern Louisiana and Plaquemines Parrish in winter to strictly flyfish for big redfish. Today he gets his wish as local guide Miles Larose packs up the Hells Bay skiff, and in one single day, figures out the right fly, the right area, and the right retrieve, even though mother nature has turned the lights out making sight fishing very difficult.

The Everglades in Florida had a freakish cold snap that resulted in unprecedented fish kill. Jose joins guide Jeff Legutki to see what if any lingering effects that had on the fishery and ability to find those fish.

What happens when you meet up in Venice, Plaquemines Parrish, Louisiana with local guide Miles Larose, load up your spinning gear in a small skiff, motor an hour and a half, and then realize you forgot most all of your tackle back at the marina? You search the boat and try to find one lure that just might work to catch big delicious redfish.

Jose ends his Louisiana tour by joining up again with friend Rimmer Covington for a unique show from Venice and Plaquemines Parrish. They join forces with conservationist Eric Newman who tags and tracks fish for research and education, and they set out for both offshore and inshore fishing to find the perfect fish for Newman's studies.
