Bridgett creates a plan to completely transform this dark and rustic entrance, starting with a trip to the Bermex showroom for just the right piece to set the tone. The Harris family loves to entertain, but the excitement ends at the door to their formal dining room. What was once a masculine billiards room, became a gloomy dining space that they never use. Designer Bridgett Mazer provides a master class in creating a modern, monochromatic color palette that, when combined with the family’s new Bermex dining table, chairs and buffet, takes this formal room from dull to dramatic.

The kitchen is the heart of the home, but for the Harris family, it’s also the most complicated space to tackle. They want to transform what mom, Jenny, refers to as a “loud” mix of textures and materials into a fresh, functional space for the whole family. Designer Bridgett’s plan? Simplify.

To bring new life to this room where much of their life happens. The casual dining room is the last space in this Design Rescue! With a new, more modern glass-topped dining table from the Bermex showroom, some fresh paint, and accent decor, Bridgett tackles one of the most popular rooms in the Harris home. Will her final design win over Jason and Jenny?
