Meanwhile, Magdalena meets with student Filipa, who is being stalked by a classmate she helped, and who is now obsessed with her.

Dr. Magdalena Yasenova meets with Eli Kamenova, the mother of Rada, who attempted suicide with her boyfriend Nasco. Eli is a controlling mother but does not understand the reason for the tragedy and expects Yasenova to help. In Dr. Radoslav Manov's office, businessman Dimo Ganev barges in, seeking help for his relationship with his son while revealing another secret child. Yasenova directs the boy to psychiatric help. Businessman Dimo Ganev returns for a second meeting with Manov, revealing emotional trauma from his childhood and tension in his relationship with his son. Ganev leaves the session after a confrontation with Manov, who emphasizes that therapy is a long process. Radiolav tries to restore his relationship with his wife Magdalena, but she remains distant.

In Dr. Manov's office, artist Mihail, a staunch anti-vaxxer, comes in, his anger provoked by both global events and the death of his father during the quarantine. After a sympathetic listening from Manov, Mihail calms down. The next patient is a young computer specialist who develops problems with his physical and emotional health after isolation. With Dr. Yasenova, Rada shares about her intimate relationship with Nasco and his subsequent withdrawal after their first sexual contact. Meanwhile, a new patient for Manov is therapist Kiril Karadjov, who suffers from heartbreak after his relationship with a married woman ends. The personal relationship between Manov and Yasenova remains tense, with Manov attempting to get closer and Yasenova remaining reserved.

After a session with Dr. Yasenova, Nasko admits that the suicide attempt with Rada was driven not by their breakup but by anxiety in their intimate life. Reassured by the therapist, he realizes this is normal. In Dr. Manov's office, Elena Futekova discusses her father's marital issues, revealing parallels with her own marriage, and realizes she must choose between her husband and her extramarital affairs. Dr. Yasenova also sees Tatyana Mihaylova with her daughter Eliza, who is stressed and controlled by her mother. The therapist suggests that the child draw how she sees her family. Yasenova also has an urgent meeting with Mario's mother, as he is obsessed with his classmate Filip. His condition is critical, and after a consultation, they recommend admission to a clinic. The day ends with a surprise for Magdalena — Radoslav invites friends to celebrate their 20th wedding anniversary, highlighting the symbolic significance of the occasion.
